呵呵，可惜这里不是美国，还有些华裔科学家，华裔教授，华裔雇员能给扣个高级点的破坏国安泄密通中这样的联邦重罪，新西兰只能抓抓炒房的华裔咯，再过几年连炒房的都不好找的话该怎么抓chinese sounding name呢

是的，其實進property guru 就看到，他的房真的很一般而且並不算多。。。。一直叫人不要買南區卻很多房在南區

这种传奇的人，各种由来也不奇怪，多年前听到的，这么说的，说是老移民越南人，之前还破了产，现在又跳出来搞教练。不值得啊。不爱惜羽毛没办法。

Cartel Fine can be large. Example - See Real Estate Agents entered cartel agreement against Trade me.

Fine can be $500K to $1 million ( just a guess).

有提到已经与Commerce Commission enter a settlement. 因为是Commerce Commission 先起诉他的公司，达成和解意味着他已经认罪，这样就可以避免冗长的法庭辩论，现在只是等法庭决定如何处罚。

认罪就是承认price fixing？这样以前卖房子给他们组织的人，是不是可以来个集体诉讼要求赔偿？

不太明白Commerce Commission和法庭的关系，Commerce Commission不是个政府组织吗，被它处理属于行政处罚范围吧，和违法犯罪不一样吧？

具体他认罪到什么程度现在是不知道的，等判罚结果出来之后应该有具体说明。

如果仅仅在Commerce Commission和Ron之间的话，是属于行政处罚范围，但现在Commerce Commission起诉了Ron的公司，这就不再是行政处罚了，这问题要在法庭解决。

对公司处罚的话，最高10m，理论上
当然达成了认罪协议，应该不会罚那么高了

8百万的学费，如果被达4百万，还有4百万，我觉得应该是罚少过4百万，有钱挣！！！

Will depend if he benefits all the money. They run like a franchise, and his name is used by a few trainers.

Like the TOFU shops, it has different owners in different locations, all using the name of TOFU.

Yes, the focus is on the organisation..... if the director(s) who is the heart and soul of the organisation will be a ground to be held liable together with the Organisation. The organisation can't speak, it can only speak through someone who is acting for the organisation.

This is a statutory offence, like a fair trading act, consumer guarantee act, etc - the court has the power to order individuals in the organisation to be responsible.

Yes, the court will hear the level of fine that will be imposed.

For Cartel, the fine can be large depending on how the court sees it. See below the fine on few real estate agents.

Mt Wellington Hwy & Panama Road mostly... cheapest one is 120k for 60m2, haha

计算完gst，人工，宣传，场地等费用，income tax，再罚500k到1m最后剩不了都少了，这几年白干了。。。

就因為阿海賺錢忌妒他？！

那我也忌妒Bill Gate, 馬雲，李嘉誠，那裡輪到阿海呀？！

不說那些我不認識的人，就算是我的認識的人，發大財的也有，有億元富翁上報紙，有上市公司ceo, 有進google, apple 十多年，光配股就已拿到上千萬，我怎不眼紅那些人啊？！

一開始我也配服阿海，以前在skykiwi 回答很多朋友對房產的疑問也都很中肯
但後來到媒體上叫買不起房的人toughen up, get into tradie, join the army 。

如果只是失言，表達不完整,或媒體斷章取義也算了。
但阿海當天馬上在微信說，老天對我太好了，又免費上報紙
無恥，敗類

這明顯是為了爭版面，不擇手段，不在乎破壞華人名聲。或許這就是當代天朝人典型為利益無底線，這就是我鄙視阿海的原因
