情况就是已经签了有条件的购房offer,现在准备转成无条件的offer。 律师要求提供银行的无条件贷款批准(unconditional home loan approval letter ),然后去问了broker, 但是broker说要变成无条件的购房offer后银行才给出unconditional home loan approval letter。竟然搞出先有鸡还是先有蛋的问题, 那请问到底应该先出哪个呢?

1)broker在conditional finance date之内告诉你银行批不批这个房子的贷款
2)如果broker说批,那你也打算买,就告诉律师,让律师告诉vendor律师你go unconditional
or
