背景介绍，

1. 工党周四才能公布的预算数据居然在周二被国家党给曝光了。
2. 财长说一分布被公布的数据是真的，一部分是假的。
3.国家党继续曝光那些WORKING GROUP的费用。
4. 工党火了，财政部CEO说是周日晚上半夜财政部网络遭受2000次攻击。意思是国家党利用黑客获取数据。
5. 国家党说，获取数据整个渠道合法，没有试图主动或用非法渠道获取。
6. 有几个记者报道中NEWSHUB, AM SHOW谈到是财政部自己错误提前在网络上发布了，后来发现，又马上撤销，有人在官网上发现，把整个文件给了国家党。
7.财政部CEO再次说，不能100%确认黑客和国家党获取数据有联系。说是官网被黑了？CEO这次说话可是结结巴巴，和早上的采访判若二人。

现在各种分析都认为工党在找替罪羊，

1. 安全专家说，各国政府的官网每周都会被攻击，这是个常识性问题。
2. 为什么财长说部分数据是错误的？？
3.工党是否泄露信息上说谎，找替罪羊？
4.尼玛数据文件直接在官网上？

Budget day is a showing day for most government, they will make speeches and TV will show hours on the budget with commentators.

National party now steal their show. Nothing to be said anymore.

In any Western Countries, budget day is always a symbolic day for the party and for the Country. They will carry bags to the grand opening of the Parliament in full parliament sitting.

Don't give up on National yet, National is playing a good psychology war on Labour Coalition and the people........ throw few stones and will do some damages on the Coalition government.

The rest, like Kiwibuild, there is nothing to be said, people will know once they face no show, high rent, high homelessness and more empty promises.

That is enough before the next year election. By then, people will look at the Report Card and see how much money actually left......

Too late, they already printed the Budget book for distribution at the time when National made the leaked announcement.

That is perfect timing, caught them by Surprise, even Winston was not sure said it was all wrong.

The only thing they can change is their speeches. It will be an embarrassing day rather than a budget day. Wellbeing budget will become Worthless budget

the figures involving millions and all voted for in the secret cabinet meeting. The figures are all agreed by coalitions. It is called collective cabinet responsibility.

Change one figure will affect other figures and other budgets. TOO LATE.
