有没有免费的平台啊？airbnb和book a batch收费都好高。。。有像facebook marketplace这种的吗？
另外如果做airbnb的话，床税怎么个交法？book a batch呢？两者收费有啥不同

There is an airbnb landlord group on wechat, maybe you should join that.... they also mentioned a lot about bookings.com

Be careful about that's turn to a tax activity, might get charged for capital gain, or GST later on when you sell your property. Not sure if that's true or not, but lots of people talking about that.

you need to add 'viphire' and ask them to add you to airbnb group, it's not my group :) Hope this helps
