Routine inspections
Routine or maintenance inspections are regularly checks on the property, and the tenant(s) in the property.
Purpose
Is to make sure the property is clean and tidy, healthy and safe, and no repairs are needed. It may also include inspecting any work carried out on the property to see that is has been completed properly.
