看到一套房子。
中介说是转上面再加了一层plaster，不漏水。请问这种房子漏水么？后期维护会不会麻烦？[attach]2109387[/attach][attach]2109386[/attach]

如果真的是砖砌的房子，最好是不要，太重。。。哈哈

就是整套房子要比木头房子重很多，新西兰地动得厉害，你看砖房都有裂痕。最要命的是地震的时候。。。不敢想象

这是砖房，没有漏水问题。为了美观可以每10年左右刷一次漆，也可以不刷，鼠星人是逗你呢。

砖房刷了漆而已，挺好的。不是 plaster 板，不用担心楼主。

也不是全逗，确实有裂的问题，不过平地就没事。

中介说的这么高大上，不过就是砖墙上刷层漆。
看到刷漆的大部分是老砖房，估计部份原因是为开裂的墙面遮丑，应该没什么大问题。

Research from the University of Otago shows only 3 per cent of deaths in the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake were in people's homes - most of which were built from wood.

Many of the buildings that collapsed were made of unreinforced masonry, similar to in the Christchurch earthquake.

Senior Author Nick Wilson says the value of wood has repeatedly been shown in New Zealand earthquakes.

He says the lessons of the disasters weren't put into building regulations - and brick continued to be used.

Yes, you are right.

Australia has a lot of brick houses because they are less earthquake-prone.

NZ prefer wood (weatherboard) and part brick (more for decorative purposes) due to its geographical location on earth-quake rings.

When we talk about Brick house in NZ, it is important to note that the wooden frames on the house are all in wood but is covered by bricks as cladding, Wooden frame can afford to have some shaking, whereas brick cannot.

Mansory house would be completely brick, there are some of these houses around.

我怎么觉得木结构的房子还结实点，地震时墙倒屋不塌。如果全砖无骨更可怕。过去新西兰有这种双砖的房子。

奥克兰没有什么地震，砖房不好主要是因为地基下沉造成的扭裂无法遮掩。坡地多就是这个问题。

yeah man, only asians like masonry (brick) houses, most kiwis know timber is still the way to go...LOL

很多人选砖的是因为免维护。其实木头现在也没什么维护的，大部分人住几年搬走了。

我的木头房子除了换铁皮顶，其他的什么维护都没做过。。。哈哈，外墙也没有刷过

不知道为什么很多亚洲人喜欢砖瓦的房子，以前一个洋人中介问过我，我都不知道怎么回答。。。哈哈
