if you just purchased it a year ago and transfer the property before 5 yrs, you will need to pay bright line test appreciation which is deemed to be an income.
And the time starts to run for 5 years under the Trust name.
If there is CGT, another set of time to run from April 2021. So, there are 2 biological clocks planted in your property.
