我这个月31号签证到期，现在申请开放工签，已经递上去了但是签证官说我的无犯罪证明没有公证，给了我5天的时间，我父母今天去公证处问最快也要7天，我打算明天去趟大使馆办理公证，就算加急也要2-3天，可是5天时间马上就到了，邮件上说If the requested information is not received by the date given above, your application will be transferred to a processing office to be considered against Immigration Instructions on the basis of the information provided. 我是不是可以理解为超过5天没提交就拒绝？？
