当然，配偶移民5年不能担保其他人。。。。。

跟所有签证都有关系。就是签证的conditions.

我刚拿到resident visa. 我是想问这个 section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 跟换ＰＲ有没有关系？我的签证贴纸上没有注明特别的conditions．那我是不是就２年内每年住满１８４天就可以换ＰＲ了？

section 49(1)肯定会在你的condition上标明的，如果没有，就是没有咯。
