1.一般人說2004後的plaster 房比較好，因為新的2004 building code
2.如果有一plaster房，building consent 是2003年批準，2005年蓋好，那這房是用新的還是舊的building code?

可是當builder在2003開始蓋的時候，他怎知道新的building code是什麼？

是啊，如果到04年块建完了，要是用新标准，岂不要很大改动

是啊，所以2005開蓋好後，Council 應該是照2003批發的building Council 驗收比較合理吧？

very interesting choice of platform, iTune.

I tried installing it for 15 min and give up.

The combination of Windows 10 and iTune is nightmare.. got asked like 3 password in the installation process and I couldn't remember the 3rd password..
