Ask them about dot matrix and see how they deal with it.

If they don't know what it is or say they can't do anything then go find someone else.

I've booked a tint job for my car at autotintz after chatting with their boss, after looked at a dozen other shops, will get back with results.

Don't get a mobile one where they do it in your garage. It's dusty, dark and cramped, they can't see clearly and will do a shoddy job.
