Stuff真是标题党。。。哈哈，其实他们这个也炒得不轻松啦，要挪房子还要装修什么的，也算是幸苦钱。不过感觉利润还是不错的。

So it is for Rebecca-Ellen and Michael Beavis of West Auckland. The couple made such a good job of their first house relocation project, they've decided to do it all again.

Earlier in the year, they put their first relocated home on the market – the $55,000 three-bedroom bungalow in Riverhead, Auckland had been moved from Greenlane – and they sold it within a week, for over $900,000.

如果你觉得做这个都那么费劲的话，只说明你没做过啥事，只会YY，这些只要有钱谁都会做的事到你这还成了技术活，看来你只能和这岛上的穷人懒人一起做梦了！

我来给算算账：55000买房子+8万搬房子+10万地基道路+2万设计申请+3万花园+15-20万装修（包括新厨房，新卫浴两套，重新内外油漆，结构固定，地板地毯等）+55万土地成本+5万银行利息。
如果上面漏掉的，请大神补充。
不亏钱就谢天谢地了。

所以说，这钱挣的不轻松，只是背锅了，被Stuff标题党高潮了一下。。。哈哈

还不如直接炒房炒capital gain，睡觉做梦都在挣钱，不用像他们这么幸苦。。。嘿嘿
