请问大家如题，一朋友打算用电工职位申请work to residents 签证，请问需要雇主打广告吗？对雇主有什么要求呢？雇主是建筑公司来的，可以担保吗？谢谢大家！

The only requirement is the employer is accredited and you earn more than 55k a year

看你朋友资质和学历有没有被NZQA认可作为电工

Thanks for that , 我去查询一下list的描述，他是持有本地EWRB认可的电工证书的。

There is a list of accredited employers across NZ which you can find on INZ website
