请问一个工作签证的问题？

1、申请Talent accredited work VISA 里面有一条填写工作经历问题，网站这么说“Providedetails of all periods of previous work. Include periods of self-employment and employment outsideNew Zealand, and periods where you undertook household/domestic duties,voluntary or unpaid work. For any period where you were not working, pleaseprovide the dates and explain how you supported yourself. If you do not providethe full and complete continuous history your application will bedelayed while we seek clarification from you.”

我想请问一下这个一定要从第一份工作开始填写吗？我们一般都是填写最近10年的个工作学习经历，我有超过10年的工作经历，填是可以填，但是老早以前的公司有些倒闭，不在了，万一填了他们要提供证明文件怎么办？我拿不出？可以只填最近10年的吗？

2、另外，问个网站的问题，刚刚来这个社区，我想问问怎么快速查到我以前发过的帖子？我在个人中心里面，只看到我发帖的数目，但是无法快速进到我发布的主题帖子里面。

说all periods of previous work, 没说十年，5年啥的。应该全都该写。

不是就是在线签证申请要求填写个人信息，包括工作经历的。

那他要让我这些没个工作都要开证明,以前的公司都倒了怎么搞?

可以写个解释信。。。。。工资都是付现的吗？如果是打到卡上的话应该会有记录

国内的话应该有社保记录吧
