标题: 有没朋友通过满足9个月full-time工作换永久居留？ [打印本页]

9月拿到Residency原本想安静做个油腻中年每年蹲满183天稳稳的换永久，

可看了高昂的房价和4W的“高薪”，还是觉得应该趁早回国向金钱低头...国内公司也问到底何时能归去搬砖。

看了换PR需要的条件，有一条是：两年内9个月full-time job，不知道是否有过朋友不走寻常路，通过这条换的永久？

现在移民监期间还需要有9个月的全职工作啊？？头一次听说哦

移民监就是老老实实坐等时间，没工作流浪街头也是可以的，不一定需要full time

Purchased a home 12 months before or after becoming a resident, still own that home and live there now, or
worked full-time in New Zealand for 9 months or more in the 2 years before you applied for permanent residence.

关键就在加大加粗的那个字上，这只是众多条件中的一个，是并列关系，不是必须要有

Purchased a home 12 months before or after becoming a resident, still own that home and live there now, or

不需要，这只是众多条件中的一条，只需要满足一条就可以了，你仔细看下移民局官网就知道了，其实只需要满足第一条，两年每年呆满184天就可以了

你说得没错。我的意思就是如楼主所说满足我前面引用第五条的情况也可以换PR签证

最简单的就是每年待够184天这个没有任何技术含量只要待在nz境内就可以了。其次就是税务居民每年41天只要有工作税务居民也很容易只不过最后要去ird要个证明而已。剩下的3样都麻烦不是给一般人制定的。

谢谢peter...然而，我并不想每年呆满184天...所以想着现在连续工作9个月，then撒哟娜拉~~再回来换PR

我与楼主有同样的打算，请问论坛当中有人通过这种九个月full time工作来拿到PRV的么
