Get yourself a Spark SIM and/or mobile phone
Request for your number to be "ported" during your purchase, OR
Fill out our Transfer my number form (make sure you have your SIM serial number ready)
You can keep using your old SIM until we actually transfer the number. We'll send you confirmation when your number has been moved over. Then your old SIM will stop working so get out the new Spark SIM and you are set to go.

Don't forget to pay any outstanding charges and obligations you have with your previous provider.

You may be able to move your landline to Spark and keep your existing phone number - as long as you remain in the same local calling area.
