The three-level, five-bedroom home he shares with partner Jan Trotman has increased in value by $650,000 over the past three years. It has a land value of $2.4m, and improvements worth $900,000.
Mayor Phil Goff's eight-hectare farm in Clevedon has increased in value by $400,000. His sprawling property is now valued at $1.85m, up from $1.45m in 2014. Goff's property is now roughly $700,000 above the median home value in Clevedon.
