最近想成立family trust, 了解了很多关于trust的信息，纠结于几个问题，我成立的family trust只有我一个trustee, benficiaries里面有我的家人，我作为唯一的trustee，把我自己放进benficiaries好还是不好？

我一个人做trustee主要是因为我要做房屋贷款，其他人做trustee的话贷款做不了，也不想找律师或会计师做trustee，毕竟trust里面就一套自住房，没什么必要找托管。

可以就把自己放进trustee里面但是会计和律师都建议里面有他们监管不过没事你坚持就自己可以的

自己的钱放进trustee里，然后让别人监管，感觉好可怕啊

监管什么?律师会计就那么可靠?

就是找过律师，有的律师说trustee可以放进benficiaries，有的说不要，说才发帖上来问问大家。

There’s the risk of having the trust declared a ‘sham’, which would mean that the assets are not really the trustees’ but are in fact still ours.

If the trust is a sham we may lose all of the advantages that we were hoping to gain from it, and the trustees may be penalised as well.

去找个专业律师或者会计师吧这个钱没有必要省。
