How often do you ask yourself, do I buy now? or do I wait? The property market is anyone's crystal ball. The new government can't change the fact that we do not have enough properties in Auckland at affordable levels to house everybody.

We do have a selection of properties that may suit your requirements. There is nothing quite like seeing properties in person. Should you wish to arrange a time to inspect please feel free to give me a call.

有啥可气的，说的好像真能咋样似的。有本事放开LVR，今晚放开，明晚就涨10%。

不可能了，现在趋势就是要控制了。

算了吧，美国涨的一踏糊涂，举世皆然。而且是在低利率环境下，几乎有脑子的都知道已经有失控的可能了。

现在经济增长，能跌就奇怪了。

如果经济有点风吹草动，还要降息，持有成本下降，能跌就奇怪了。

控制是被迫的。治标不治本，愿望是好的，目前调控力度根本不够。现在靠控制舆论导向。

虽然是广告，但是同时做到这三点难度确实很大。特别如果“to house everyone”就等于都要买房的话，基本不可能。
