RT。
1）纽币暴跌；（https://www.interest.co.nz/news/ ... gage-market-sags-rd）
2）GDP增长变缓；
3）固有矛盾激化；（市场上很多房子卖但不是能买的起的）
4）新政府的所谓的“三斧头”（？）新政，砍掉的是GDP；
。。。。。。
然后：

PS： 1）头60－100天（31／01／18前），Auckland的房价跌3－5％；

拭目以待！

it is a good news indeed.

The whole game and rules are reshuffled and do not use the previous mindset to play the game.
First thing this morning, construction shares ( eg fletcher building ) will take a big hit.... it is part of an economy cycle, labour +first +green have stopped the party. It is an interventionist capitalism, a controlled economy... a regulated farming and not for you to take all you produced. The government is going to take 40% of your crops and shared with your poor cousins first and on top give you rules on how to run your farm with Green supervisors.
Key words: opportunity costs and cash is king era is here.

if minimum wage increase, it will also push up demand for a wage increase for every workers in the company... can't be office manager earn $25 an hr and office clerk earn$20???

haha... just like in the olden day, communist party order to kill the sparrows and not thinking of the consequences....

未必吧，就目前的已经出来的policy来说, develop regions是重头戏。National最后3年populate region很明显，但属于unplanned,而且不能算是good cause,因为一部分人是被奥克兰高房价挤走的（另外一部分人是cash in新移民欢天喜地走的）。

如果regions搞起来，还是很有看头的。

As you pointed out, Increasing the min.wage doesn’t solve inequalities. All it does is to fuel the inflation. It sucks. However the high household debt is a way bigger problem in NZ. It could result in a deflation. We’ll be all fked if that happens... so there’s a good reason why the new government wants to raise the min.wage.

The middle class is still the biggest loser tho.
