合同上写Parttime recepionist, 工作hours 是 minimum 30 hours , sometimes 30+, 这算兼职还是全职？如果办post-graduated empoyer assisted 可以办下来？

the owner wants you sign as a part time,so they can dis miss you as easy as they can

title 是Part time, 30 hours 是full time 不是矛盾吗，那移民局会认为是part time 还是 full time ? 这合同有意思，还是个大型洋人公司。

而且是permenant job

part time can not get the working vpermit,
but the company does not want you as full time,otherwise they do not easy to dismiss you later if no reason

如果是这样的话理论上还是part time 你可以试着要求full time 因为时间上超了
