Possibly 10-15% decline in price over the next 3 years.
Entrance and exit fee ( tax, hassles to go through, agency fees etc ) will make property investment not a viable option to trade (speculate)... which is good.
- more pressures from banks, Banks will be first to react to the new government and restrict more lending ( taking more conservative approach) in anticipation of a decline.
