新手還不是很懂這個區大概多少價位呢?

property in this area is normally more than 1m, for this house, check the ceiling and wall, it looks like asbestos ceiling, and wall framing is wet. basement to check if they got CCC and all connection. Good area but need to do lots.

Around 1.2m-1.4m. 224 west tamaki road sold for around 1.4m.
Area is ok, not good. House is old and looks damp so there might be issues. Check carefully!

不是歧视但是这只能勉强算是Glendowie，一般只有Riddell Rd圈起来那块才算真豪区

其实这个区除了交通硬伤以外其余的都还是可以的，除了那些一线海景大地豪宅以外，普通住房的价格跟其他区相比也是可负担，旧房全副地在100初中以内，全新房带点海景的也不超过200万，可见交通和地理位置对房价刺激很大。
