大律师您好，有个问题紧急请教一下。
我想租一间商业房间，经过商量细则，双方同意了Agreement to Lease里面的内容，我在上周三（4 Oct 2017）签了Agreement to Lease，可是现在房东仍然不能签Agreement to Lease，据我所知是因为上一家租客租约没到还没走，（事先我知道上一家租约没到期，但是中介承诺那家想尽快搬走。）现在中介说房东不在奥克兰，下周末会回来签Agreement to Lease，但是我不相信中介了，因为她之前说房东这周一（09 Oct）会签，后来周二说周二会签，现在又拖到下周末，我已经不相信中介了，我想withdraw Agreement to Lease，同时找别的地方租，请问这样是可以的吗？我写封邮件表明自己withdraw Agreement to Lease就可以了吗？谢谢！
