Over the weekend, SBS Bank also made a small change to their three year rate, reducing it -16 bps to 5.09%. That new rate matches some of the main banks for that term.

Update: BNZ has also now changed a rate. Its 2 year carded fixed offer is now 4.69%, a -6 bps reduction to match its main rivals.

最少50万以上的贷款.HSBC要有10w以上的存款.

qualify for HSBC Premier, you need to meet the following qualifying criteria:

• A minimum value of NZD500,000 in home loans with HSBC in New Zealand (facility limit not outstanding balance); and/or
• A minimum value of NZD100,000 in savings and investments with HSBC in New Zealand; and/or
• If you are an overseas HSBC Premier customer you will automatically qualify for Premier customer status in New Zealand.

HSBC比其他银行能贷出的上限低不少，可能是它对新西兰的房屋估价比其他银行保守很多吧。

市场里有一家降价了，其他的不跟着降，客源就被抢走了！！

估计其他银行不会跟进的.HSBC的贷款都是有条件限制的..
