想涨也得看市场需求度，最近看到出租的房子每天都在增多，这种情况能租掉就不错了。涨了房租，就难出粗。空着耗时间打消耗战，大部分房东吃不消的。

房市根本跟政府是谁没有关系。就算是国家党当政，如果明天全世界崩盘，你以为国家党能救新西兰吗？哈哈

他没出租过房子，他不懂的

去trademe把自己熟悉的几个区加几个最贵的租金，再加几个最便宜的租金，看看多久那广告就失效了，自然就知道好租不好租，快不快了

看看trademe有几个即可入住的空房？看看那价格你接受的了吗？就知道市场怎样了

i can say more tenants demanding rights. the law is going to pro-tenants and against the "rich". The new prime minister was a tenant before, she understood how tenants were treated in cold and damp housing by the greedy slump-lords. haha..

landlords will have more compliance costs for sure...

If can juggle both and increase rent, nothing to worry about, but the market mood will change. Don't forget labour policy can only make nz poor not rich, relying on more debts, with a less business friendly environment, small businesses will struggle.

This is a grass root revolt, you choose a grass root prime minister and she can only run the country in a grass root level, serve the peasants, and grow some peanuts in the back yards.

I will stop renting out if the policy is too against the landlord. Convert it to 100 days airbnb. 200 days for my holiday home haha or free to let my kid and his gf to stay
