有孩子，想换一个比较弹性的工作，原来是会计专业毕业，有会计经验。

现在如果想申请 mortgage broker 还需要再考么？

好像 MB是要求一个 level five的 national financial service 的 certificate, 这个是需要读多久的呢？我原来会计的科目可以转学分么？

除了那个 certificate之外还有什么要求么？

得到证书后是应聘相应职务呢还是直接能成为独立贷款经理？

希望过来人能指指路。万分感谢！！

Entry requirements

Mortgage brokers need to become Authorised Financial Advisers (AFAs). To become an AFA you need to:

gain the National Certificate in Financial Services – Financial Advice (Level 5)
这个原会计的科目可以转学分么？读完耗时多久？？学费？

get authorisation to practise from the Financial Markets Authority (FMA)

是不是就是去银行类似的机构求职，具体的 FMA包括哪些，若找不到工作，是不是这行就如不了，还是这行和中介一样，只赚中介费，所以不会存在 FMA不聘用你的风险么？

join and register with a Dispute Resolution Scheme (DRS)
be registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR).

这个是不是就是成为独立贷款经理了？需要要求2的多久经验呢？ join 需要考核么？
