need help.crying crying
Resient application declined.

Immigration officer thought i was a hotel service manager. not meet requirement of motel manager . How do i do . To appeal aganist this decision or reapply ?

I need many help. who can help

看过很多上诉的案子，很少有被推翻的。你可以去网上database找找和你相关的案子，看一下你有没有希望。有的话就找律师，没有就不要浪费钱，换个title或者涨工资再申请吧。

many thanks for your reply. Immigration officer already thinks my job meet Hotel service manager. do you think the next officer, if he process my case ,may think my job doesn`t meet hotel service manager. otherwise, if my boss rise my hourly pay by $5. is it makes sense. I mean does it seems reasonably rise pay?

what is the reason your application declined？
is it salary or responsibility？

Any analysis should be based on your letter of decline. What does it say? Where is the problem?

报表上看近期上诉出结果要一年；总要请律师吧？时间和经济成本不比重新申请小。
motel/hotel manager尤其容易质疑预算采购、人员招聘、health safety这几方面是你老板再做还是你，要提供强有力的支持证据挺难的...

health safety这方面我一直模糊不清，不知道落实到具体是怎样，能给点经验么
