1. make sure, the drawing they provide is a granted subdivision consent drawing, not just a survey plan, which means nothing; 2.check when this R/Consent granted, it maybe already expired (if you cannot find, please check with council, they have the record); 3. If R/C is not expire, check all conditions, which may include upgrade the driveway, SS/SW upgrade & etc; any council charge; for the total cost; 4.
