Location: 66 linwood avenue mt albert
School: Gladstone, Mt Albert grammar
Land area: 506m2
House size: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 99m2
CV (2014): 790,000

House was sold yesterday $132,5000. Is it a normal price or a bit high?

Well, the location is kind of good as it has good access to east/west motorway, quite close to Auckland zoo and St Lukes, school zone is OK/GOOD. This is basically my thought but don't really get why people would spend that much money on this house, should they have better option?

cv的1.67，感觉还可以，去年那个区怎么都要1.8

60D Taylors Road was sold for a similar price recently. Its land area is 291m.

This is a very good location. Close to train, highway, westspring part, st lukes shopping mall, event cinema, golf course, dominion road.
You can't find a more convinient location in Auckland.

感觉那片根本没法住人。。。哈哈。太乱了。人多车多事多。。。虽然位置很中心。不是特指这条街哈，就是说那附近。。。各种破房子乱街。。。

Mt Albert 房子都是比较抗跌，就算是零八年金融风暴时，房子都比cv要高，三房租金绝对超过五百五十，虽然房子小点

这条路一般，也不是在金三角里面。不过那里面的房子放盘出去的不多，所以喜欢的自然喜欢。

这个价格在80%的人心中略贵，但是并未超过估价上限。卖房最终只有一个人买得到，加上价位也属于正常区间，只要买家喜欢就好。
