1。零售商倒闭的越来越多，以后尽量少买gift voucher, 预付款，之类的。造房子，也要特别小心。

这里的零售MALL太烂了，每个MALL基本都一样，一样的店铺，一样的无聊，毫无购物乐趣。。不衰败才怪。
我觉得可以学学香港和新加坡MALL的模式。更多亚洲元素，更多的多元化。
本地KIWI本来就是挺傻的，购物的档次和品位又很低。拉动不了消费增长。
我现在一年在MALL里估计都花不了100块。。。毫无欲望。

严重同意，根本没有去MALL的兴趣。

不能指望KIWI或者澳洲投资者来改变购物模式，他们思想早僵化了，不思进取。反正就是等着自然衰败。
创新的购物体验模式都在亚洲，中国，日本，韩国，香港地区。
不知道什么时候这些地方的商业投资者来这个鸟不拉屎的岛啊。。。

怎麼有些字是黏在一齊沒空格的 ?? 看的辛苦。

嚴格來說，零售业是指有實體店的零售模式，主要是很多生意轉移到網上去了。能夠在網上買到的，沒必要在實體店買，而且成本的原因，實體店定價往往比網上店貴。
