今后，（考虑到工作机会及发展前景）Auckland 以外的双“W”（Whangarei,wellington)还有奔头，Rotorua房价要补涨。

Rotorua房价还很低。可以买度假屋。

奥克兰房价相比去年至少跌了10%以上，以前破房漏水房都能成交，现在卖的都是优质自住房，房价均价并没有提高多少，所以想买房的，再等等吧。明年再省10万。

i won't touch tier 2, 3 towns now, they are vulnerable and most hit hard during recession.
