请大神指点，买房合同怎样植入 due diligence 条款? 该怎样写？谢谢

简短的
This Agreement is conditional upon the Purchaser being satisfied that the property is suitable for the Purchaser's intended use of the property at the agreed purchase price following the Purchaser undertaking a due diligence investigation of the property and all aspects relating to the property to the entire satisfaction of the purchaser and confirming the same to the vendor by 4.00pm on that day which is [ Number ] working days after the date of this Agreement. This clause is inserted for the sole benefit of the Purchaser.

中介说没有这种条款！？说我设的条款，例如贷款呀，查property file 等等就是 due diligence .

这房子整块地都在洪水区，要价确实太高

除非房主不着急卖，你可以多杀杀价，不过如果他不着急买你也可以去捡其他的漏嘛
