普通的工签也要这么多工资吗？

当然不需要那么高，根据不同凡响岗位给合理的工资就好

主要看是什么工签 post-study的没什么要求。 essential的就要49k。最基本的要求就是full time contract，最少30小时一周。

看是做什么的符合头衔就可以了

首先要知道这job offer是用作申请什么签证，如果是普通工作签证，应该只要求合理工资。如果用做技术移民申请，那就要达到移民政策要求。
job offer的内容，就是这个职位是什么，具体工作包括什么，工作时间等等的吧！

Market rate is fine. If this is a new position, you better have an accountant or lawyer prepare the agreement to ensure everything is compliant. The employer must have good compliance history as well. Depending on the type of work visa you are applying for, Post-study-Employer Assisted or ESWV, there are different requirements to meet under these instructions. For example, Post-study WV focuses on the relevance of the job and your qualification. ESWV may require SMR or labour market test unless you meet requirements for skill shortage list.
