租金本来就是要大涨的，因为利率涨了，这是房东的成本里的大头。
而房租补助的上涨，则是附加的，租得起的人多了，房租也会上涨的。这是市场行为，政府无论是眼睛放近一点，还是闭上眼睛都并无卵用。
