请问, 担保父母三年多次往返签证, 一定要是PR吗? 我现在的签证是R, 要到明年才能换成PR, 请问现在可以担保吗？

当然可以担保
To be a sponsor you must be:
• a New Zealand citizen or the holder of a New Zealand
residence class visa (if you are the holder of a resident
visa that is subject to conditions under section 49(1) of
the Immigration Act 2009, you are not eligible to be a
sponsor)

但是，批还是不批不仅仅取决于你的签证。
你的签证状态，经济状况，工作情况，工资水平，房屋状况；你父母年龄，身体状况等等都会影响审批。
