Auckland building consent costs rose from $1846/sqm in the year to March 2016 to $2153/sqm in the latest March year. A 17% rise.

That compares to the national rise from $1812/sqm to $1946/sqm, only about 7%

这个成本不是整体的成本吗？就算地价跌了，整体的成本还是涨了17%不是？

主要是好多人不敢不交gst了，所以建房成本大幅上升

建房成本是因为建筑要求越来越高，另外新的PLAN 执行也有很多成本。另外NZ搞生产资料垄断也很可怕。

建材，生产工具，贵的没道理。人工还是那样，木工小工工资还不是16起。
