两年西厨专业，毕业后工作一年，在申请eoi分数的时候有项是短缺专业加10分，西厨可以选这一项吗？

you can't.

on the long term shortage list doesn't mean you can add the points. there are conditons.

there is a sentence from immigration NZ website for chef:
a minimum of five years' combined experience in establishments offering a la carte/ banqueting or commercial catering, with a minimum of two years at Chef de Partie (Section Leader) level or higher

我以为chef 是在absolutely short skilled job list

想加长期短缺的分必须满足LTSSL里的学历和经验要求

感觉这个有漏洞，其实最好在工作经验上加上post-qualification，这样好多国内的厨师就没法钻空子了。。。
