关注sunnynook很久了，黑羊说盗窃率6%，是不是有点高？
怎么样？

上个月sunnynook有三个联排的unit拍卖分别卖了60万到61万5 80万要价才两房难怪卖很久也卖不出去

联排还是便宜很多吧那你觉得这个房子多少要价合适？这至少还是crosslease半幅地啊

这个好像是三房吧三年前卖59.5万我估计最多80万

找个builder注意看下是不是weatherside，还有房子框架有没有防腐。

个人认为价格偏高是这个房子没有卖掉的主要原因。

是的我觉得顶多卖75+1万2万吧？
