We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who is a self-motivator, strategic thinker, who takes responsibility and follows through with action. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic success of company through the design, delivery and implementation of the people strategy, as well as support the business operationally with all things HR. The detailed job description will be provided to the successful candidate.

You must demonstrate experience in the following:

• Minimum of 3 years' HR management experience in large organization(s)
• Experience in online services industry
• A record of success in the HR field with ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Experience in the successful implementation of HR initiatives
• Experience in general administration is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (s) in business related discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Problem solver, and used to fast paced environments
• Excellent computer skills
• Good time management skills and passion for people

很正常吧。。。国内的大公司都有自己的网站。。但是他们在前程无忧，智联招聘，中华英才网上一样会打招聘的广告。。

在trademe 找也很正常啊，trademe比屎盖影响力大，人也多，当然去trademe打广告啦

不知道 skykiwi 的規模有多大，以致需要 HRM。
HR 是一個獨立學科和管理範疇，不是像skykiwi廣告說 Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (s) in business related discipline or equivalent experience，這個必須要是 HR 專業學位。
感覺 skykiwi 更像在找一個分管 staff management 的 assistant？在 job description 裡看不到有什麼與responsible for supporting the strategic success 相關聯的，這根本不是 JD。唉....... 搖頭歎息
