大长篇。大意央行要推DTI, Steven Joyce 要求可行性研究。这个月开始;

“Joyce has asked the RBNZ for a rigorouscost-benefit analysis (CBA) on DTI limits. The RBNZ has indicated the CBA willcommence in March.”

文章最后分析如果政府不让 DTI 推行，RBNZ 可以动态调整 LVR 达到相似效果，调整根据是 rental yield;

“Given the rental investment sector is the most dynamic andso most potentially destabilising sector, perhaps the RBNZ can curb theextremes of the credit cycle by implementing a process that syntheticallyachieves most of the effect of a DTI limit: By routine resets of the LVR limitto the residential investment sector as a function of the prevailing rentalyield”

继续看扯皮。房价应该会“稳定”一段时间了

我发现，其实无惊无险是不好的。必须要有惊险，然后你以英雄的姿态出来化险为夷，这样其他人才会发现你的存在，和存在的必要。一整天都没事，过不久就要被redundant了。。。哈哈
