中位价下跌，平均成交价上涨

中位价和平均价都不准，如果一个时间段烂房比好房上市多卖的多，那中位价就会拉低。只有annualized house price index才可以说算准的

感觉中区真的涨也！比如：coyle st , Sandringham , 600平地的一个house, 拍了215万刀！这Sandringham 怎么突然都上200万刀啦？？？
