我想请问一下， 两年前因为打架被告， 但是pled guilty 以后得到了diversion。 现在正准备申请工签， 其中一项写到：“have you been convited at any time of any offence, including any driving offence? ( please note that this includes any convictions outside of New Zealand subsequently cleaered or wiped by clean slate legislation"
请问我这个选项应该填写yes 还是no？ pled guilty 拿到的diversion 算不算wiped by clean slate legislationa啊？
