B11. Have you been convicted at any time of any offence, including any driving offence?
Please note that this includes any conviction(s) in any country subsequently cleared or wiped by ‘clean slate’ legislation.

有一次停车超时被罚了21刀
另一次找不到停车位停在别人家门口收到parking infringement罚了12刀

两次都在City Council网站上交了罚款。

请问，这种罚款算conviction吗？还是说要经过法庭定罪的才算conviction？
EOI里这个B11，可以选No吗？

你这没问题。。。。谁在新西兰混，没收过警察叔叔的几张罚单呢？？

infringement 和 offense 是两种处罚。offense 要严重的多，很多时候要上厅的。
