请问大家，Residence Visa 2年到期后可否不申请PR而直接等入籍？或者要换新的Residence Visa?

理论上，PR只是出新西兰后再入境才有用，如果一直呆在新西兰不出境，是否不用换PR而等5年后直接入籍？（未来3年不会出境）

请大家指教。

当然要换新的，不然就算黑户。要么申PR要么换新的R。

只要不出境，换不换永久都没有关系。在RV 失效后如果出境，即失效。
至于楼主的问题。如下，直说了可以无限期待在NZ的条件，但是没说是否必须要irrv，但可是我认为这个意思就是要irrv. 让过来人解释吧
General requirements for the grant of citizenship
Section  8(1)  of  t
he  Citizenship  Act  1977  provides
six  requirements  that  a  person
must satisfy the Minister of
Internal Affairs of
to be eligible to be granted citizenship,
provided  they  are  16  years  of
  age  or  over,  are  of  full
capacity,  and  they  apply  for
citizenship in the prescribed manner. The re
quirements that the person must satisfy
the Minister of are:
a)
that they are entitled, in terms
of the Immigration Act 2009, to be in
New Zealand indefinitely; and
b)
that  they  were  pr
esent  in  New  Zealand  wit
h  the  right  to  remain
indefinitely:
i)
for  a  minimum  of  1,350  days  in  the  five  years  preceding  the
citizenship application; and
ii)
for at least 240 days in
each of those five years; and
c)
that they are
of good character; and
d)
that they know t
he responsibilities and privileges
of citizenship; and
e)
that they have a sufficient k
nowledge of the Englis
h language; and
f)
that  they  intend,  if  granted  citi
zenship,  to  continue  to  live  in  New
Zealand or work overseas fo
r an authorised organisation.

正解，不离开新西兰确实可以不换PR。

不换prv没关系。不过即使不出境也不需要省那100多刀啊换了就预防有什么急事要出境的。

可以不换的， RV的2年到期只是2年之后不能出入境而已。 RV本身就已经是indefinite了。

你不出境就可以等5年，那个签证也只有travel condition
