plaster，基本漏水已经不能住人了，接手过来就必须reclad甚至重盖，82w就是一块地钱

trademe介绍，我个人理解是，要先reclad一下才可以住。肯定是出现了漏水的状况，而且漏水一旦出现其实就不适合人住了。不是说你搬几个盆子接一下就行，里面结构受损的。

问题是听说不是想重建就可以重建的只能修？重建当然是最解决问题的就怕不让建
