本以为圣诞节可以休息一下的结果老板说明天开门 wtf 你没家人拉我们陪葬做什么
还有不知道明天会不会忙？要太忙我就请假了

最后如果你遇到这种事你会举报老板吗

餐馆应该可以开的，不过按法律是需要给员工额外付钱的，如果是会有不少人愿意干的，以前老公在的公司就是，大家都是抢着要在public holiday加班的

餐饮业好像是可以营业的吧，这个并没有什么硬性的规定吧？？

Shops that can open with conditions

这个一直都是灰色地带，国家也一直都没有强制执行，

电视台以前还有访谈，很多洋人饭店都开，最坏的case就是罚款而已，也不多，肯定能赚回来。

You have the right to opt out working on public holidays. Any punishment for refusing to work on PH is fraud. No worry.
