标题: 请问partner必须要住在同一个屋子里吗？ [打印本页]

我跟我女朋友在国内的大学认识的，当时是同班同学，应该是四年以前，那时还只是朋友，然后我俩一起来新西兰留学，在新西兰读了两年书，期间也是一起上课，连小组作业也是一起做的。我俩是来了新西兰之后才发展成男女朋友的。但是这期间没有住一起，也没有jonit account。
现在因为移民政策改了，差点分数，就想拿着partner凑上去。现在我俩一起租房子，但是因为她父母必须要结婚之后才能同居，所以我俩住在两个单间里，也是最近办了joint 账户。
请问这样能算是partner吗？

同居不同居，做个证明就行啦，弄个相同的地址，照片什么的也多弄点，然后朋友的推荐信啦，什么的，这些不都挺好解决的么

你们到时候申请的时候需要找个两房一厅什么的
因为在移民官眼里你俩是伴侣就必须住在一个房间里
不然你们的关系会被质疑的
如果他不上门看那还好说对不对

下面的解释很清楚了，必须住在一起，真实的稳定的婚姻或同居关系。所以你们必须住一个房子，但分房睡是没有关系的。

Immigration New Zealand defines partnership as two people of the opposite or same sex, who live together in a genuine and stable relationship in any of the following:

a legal marriage
a civil union
a de facto relationship.

I doubt what you said "但分房睡是没有关系的"

分房睡 is flatmates. Flatmates are not partner.

If you don't believe me, call immigration nz to ask if it is correct

请你不要片面来理解"flatmate“，夫妻也有分房睡的，你能说夫妻是 flatmate吗？
你要好好理解flatmate arrangement的含义，它对楼主的情况不适用。

你这是对partnership的误解了。partnership不是一定要睡一张床的。

You can believe in what you said. As I already suggested, the simple way to verify is call immigration nz and the phone call is free. :-) Why not call yourself?

INZ call center can not give you any legal advise. If you do not believe, help yourself to call and verify.

If people cannot get answer of immigration question from immigration officer answering the phone in immigration nz call center, so people should trust your answer on this forum for nz immigration issues instead? :-)

You are raising a serious threat to ask people not to trust immigration nz call center instead trusting you. You are challenging nz government authority and that is the reason that you need to disclose yourself.

You said "you asked people to trust you" which is not true. I never asked people to believe me or trust me.

Challenging government authority is a universal right of Human, which is not necessary for anyone to keep anonymous.

LZ的意思明显是他们不能住一间房，只是男女朋友关系，不能达到配偶的级别，因为父母不同意。

你引用那些没有用，跟移民局实话实说肯定完蛋。

个人觉得，LZ要真的想要加分，只能想想偏门，毕竟是住在同一个地址，材料提供多点，移民局可能会相信。。。

你这种在移民局看来肯定完蛋想都不用想不过建议和楼上差不多反正是长期一个地址多准备点材料共同账户并且有共同开销之类的一起出去玩的照片朋友证明信房东证明信之类的不睡在一起也没事就怕移民局上门查那就悲剧了多做几手准备

以本人经历表示，移民局认为partner就是同一个住址就算。
但是据说有个别人曾经被问：你partner今天穿的什么颜色的内衣。。。。。

对，我中介也说了，大半夜两三点打电话，这个你就比较尴尬了。这种还是找个中介稳妥一点，CO怀疑起来问的问题都很隐私变态，打不出来就完蛋。
