标题: 父母在PR批下来后离异，是否影响永久回头 [打印本页]

各位大咖，希望有高人能给指点一下。

父母PR已经于半年前批下来，母亲是主申请，他们都已入境激活了PR。如果现在离婚，对将来的永久回头有什么影响？

个人理解是，即便现在离婚了只要移民监各坐各的，主附申请各自做自己的移民监，将来贴永久回头签的时候也是各自分别去，这样应该就可以了对吗？

请高人指点！

复申请只需激活签证不需要坐移民监。换永久的时候需要两个人一起换复申请不能单独换。

A:  Non-principal applicants can’t apply for permanent residence before the principal applicant, unless a non-principal exception applies.

Note the difference of terms in Chinese and in English:  永久回头=permanent residence, "PR"=Residence Visa

没有影响，自己坐自己的移民监就好了。
