无犯罪记录证明，申请partnership工签时交过,工签刚刚批下来，无犯罪记录原件没有被退回，可打算马上申请PR，还用再重新在国内申请一遍无犯罪记录递交吗？

无犯罪证明申请PR的有效期只有6个月

比较慢，一个月零一周，因为体检报告送去惠灵顿做评估给耽误了

under partnership有可能不用重新提交：

Exceptions
You do not need to provide a police certificate if:

you have provided a police certificate with a previous visa application, and:
you make a further temporary entry visa application within 24 months of the date of issue of the police certificate
you make a further student visa application within 36 months of the date of issue of the police certificate
you make a further visa application as a partner or dependant of a student enrolled in any PhD programme within 36 months of the date of issue of the police certificate
you make a residence class visa application under the partnership or dependent child category within 24 months of the date of issue of the police certificate.

但是，你的nz partner有可能要交：

Supporting New Zealand partners for residence class visas under the partnership category
If you are applying for residence under the partnership category your New Zealand partner must provide police certificates when you lodge your resident visa application, unless there is a different instruction in the country-specific guidelines below.
Your New Zealand partner must provide police certificates for every country where they have lived for 12 months or more in the last seven years (Immigration New Zealand will obtain a New Zealand police certificate for your partner from the New Zealand police directly).
Police certificates for your New Zealand partner must be less than six months old at the time you lodge your resident visa application.

哈啰，弱弱问下，办理配偶工签需不需要等担保人坐够两年移民监才能担保呢？然后配偶工签和PR可以一起提交呢？
然后，我是担保人，但和女朋友同居未满一年，可否办理配偶工签或PR？
